Access to the Olympiastadion and the fan shop in the Ostkurve is possible 90 minutes before the start of the game.
The following items are permitted on the stadium grounds:
– walkers
– alcohol-free drinks in a beverage carton with a size of max. 1 Liter
– bags with a maximum size of DIN A4 (297 mm x 210 mm) with a maximum depth of 15 cm
The following items are not permitted on the stadium grounds:
– plastic bottles, glass bottles, beverage cans
– professional cameras and equipment, reflex cameras, zoom lens cameras
– tripods
– video cameras / audio recording devices
– folding or camping chairs, stools
– picnic boxes, coolers, bulky objects
– strollers
– animals
– weapons of any kind
– fireworks
– hairspray, spray paint

Ticket information
The following information is required by the ticketing department to process ticket orders for seats for people with disabilities:
– Complete address with a phone number where you can be reached during the day
– Subject: Match pairing and type of disability
– A copy of the severely handicapped ID card (front and back)
Tickets that can no longer be sent by post can be deposited at the responsible ticket office on the day of the match from the time the stadium opens up to 15 minutes before the start of the match. In order to be picked up, the disabled person must come to the ticket booth with the original disability card.

Tickets at the box office
If tickets for people with disabilities are still available on the day of the match, these will be sold at the stadium two hours before the game. The responsible ticket office is located at the southern gate on the right-hand side. In order to be picked up, the disabled person must come to the ticket booth with the original disability card.
Tickets for fans of the guest team
Tickets for visiting fans are only available through the visiting club. Remaining tickets will be made available on the day of the game at the ticket booth at the south gate (on the right, the last ticket booth before the admission area).
Spaces
The spaces for fans in wheelchairs are distributed throughout the stadium:
– Ostkurve (east curve), 94 spaces (block T to Q)
– northern stands, eight spaces (block N)
– Marathontor (Marathon gate), 30 spaces (block J to K, only at the box office)
– away fans, 30 spaces (block G to H, only via the visiting team)
– VIP areas, four spaces (two spaces on level -2, two spaces on level -3)
Entrance
The access routes to the stadium vary depending on the location of the seats. The Handicap team and the volunteers are happy to help, so that fans can get to their seat without stress and without crowds:
– entrance to the blocks T-Q: entrance via the Osttor (east gate, right hand side)
– entrance to the blocks N and K-J: entrance via the Osttor (east gate, right hand side) and the outer route (asphalted). No barrier to enter the blocks at block K, mobile ramp available at block N.
– entrance to the blocks G-H: visiting fans use the entrance at the south gate (right hand side) and the outer route (asphalted).
– entrance to VIP areas: either via TG Süd (underground carpark south) or the VIP entrance at the south gate (parking lot PO5; right hand side).
Seats for accompanying persons
The accompanying persons have a seat in front of the wheelchair spaces.
All spaces for people in wheelchairs are roofed and have an unobstructed view of the entire pitch.

Services
Home games in the Olympiastadion Berlin are commented on exclusively and live by two audio commentators.
The receivers/headphones can be picked up in block B.1 60 minutes before kick-off. You need to leave your ID as a deposit. Own headphones can be used (3.5mm jack plug is required). The return is possible up to 30 minutes after the end of the game.
The blind report is now available as a stream on the website of Hertha BSC. The reporters for the blind are located in block B.11 in row 39. They look forward to personal exchange before and after the game in the stadium. The blind reporters can also be reached by email: blindenreportage@herthabsc.de.
