More hours, more fun
Summertime means vacation time! Therefore, in August the Olympiastadion Berlin will be opened one hour longer than usual: on non-event days the visitor-program will be available from 9 am to 8 pm. This will allow enough time to explore the stadium. Since its reopening in August 2004 on non-event days nearly 300,000 visitors from all over the world flock to the Olympiastadion Berlin annually and turn it into a top tourist attraction of Berlin.
Apart from the Olympiastadion Berlin you can also visit the Olympiapark Berlin and the exhibition in the Langemarckhalle. The bell tower can be visited at extra charge. Decide on your own if you want to discover the area on your own or with a competent tour guide that takes you on the tracks of German history of sports and architecture of the Olympiastadion Berlin and the Olympiapark.
Please note: From July 31st until August 6th a visit of the stadium will only be possible with a tour guide. Because of the “Finals2019”, discovering the area on your own will not be possible. During the track and field athletics on August 3rd and 4th the visitor center will be closed. On these dates visits are not possible.
