New passage to Olympiapark
From today on (May 27, 2019) the Olympiapark Berlin will open daily the Gutsmuthsweg (Olympischer Platz, next to the Summer open air bath) for people and visitors. From now on you can reach the Olympic Park directly from the forecourt of the stadium (see picture). The new passage opens daily from April 1 until September 31. from 7 am to 8 pm.. From October 1 until March 31 there will be reduced opening hours. The previous passage at the (see the small red line) is now closed.

Since the stadium was reopened in August 2004, around 300,000 visitors from all over the world have been flocking to the Olympiastadion Berlin on events-free days per year, making it one of Berlin’s top tourist attractions.
In addition to the Olympiastadion Berlin, you can also visit the Olympiapark Berlin. You can visit the Bell Tower for a reduced admission fee. Decide whether you wish to discover the grounds for yourself or whether you wish to accompany an expert tour guide on a journey through German sporting and architectural history around the Olympiastadion Berlin and the Olympiapark Berlin.
Opening hours: April to October: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., August: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., November to March: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
