Tourism Information & opening hours in January
Happy New Year! The year 2023 is here and we are picking up where we left off in 2022. The Olympiastadion Berlin is open regularly from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our Highlight Tour starts daily at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. (11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in English). In addition, a Premium Tour takes place every Sunday at 12:00 p.m., which leads through the Olympiastadion and the adjacent Olympiapark (german language only).
After the long winter break, Hertha BSC will face VfL Wolfsburg on Tuesday, January 24th for their first home game in 2023. Four days later, on Saturday, January 28th, Hertha BSC hosts 1. FC Union Berlin for the derby in the Olympiastadion Berlin. The stadium is closed to tourism on both home game days. Due to construction and dismantling work, there may be restrictions on the visitor program on the days before and after home games.
Please note that the underground line U2 is interrupted from U Theodor-Heuss-Platz and will then be served by bus. For an uncomplicated journey by public transport, we recommend the S-Bahn lines S3 and S9. General information on how to get to the Olympiastadion Berlin can be found here.
Our current opening hours can always be found in the downloads section. Tickets for tours are available in our online shop.
